01 / Examination areas

Every transaction
has its own question.

We define the scope from your task and available materials. Whether a particular network can be examined is clarified before contracting.

01Cryptocurrency transfer verificationOccurrence, addresses, amount and sequence

Examination of specific public-blockchain transactions: which operations the ledger records, between which addresses and in what amounts.

We compare blockchain records with supplied exchange exports, orders, documents and correspondence, identifying differences in amounts, addresses and timing.

We assess the submitted study within agreed competence: source-data sufficiency, tracing logic, external address labels and whether conclusions follow from the work.

Start with a question

What needs
to be established?

Choose a situation to see example questions for the expert.

Sample questions
  1. Is the specified transfer recorded in the relevant blockchain network?
  2. Which addresses, amount and block-inclusion details are recorded for this transaction?
  3. Does the transfer information agree with the exchange export and trade documents provided?

Source data and sources

Subjects, networks, addresses and materials. Information sources and retrieval conditions.

02

Examination process

Methods used, checking sequence and necessary explanations of results.

03

Illustrative appendices

Transaction tables, link diagrams and record links within the agreed task.

04

Answers and limitations

Facts established, certainty of conclusions and missing information.

Examination boundaries

A blockchain address
is not a person’s name.

Public network records allow transaction examination. Linking an address to a person needs extra data: exchange information, documents, device data or other verifiable sources.

The report separately states confirmed facts, probabilistic links and limits. Technical examination alone does not ensure fund recovery.

03 / HOW WE WORK

From your first enquiry
to the completed document.

01

Task description

Tell us what to establish and which materials you have.

02

Agreement

We clarify feasibility, questions, price, deadline and deliverable format.

03

Examination

After contracting, we check data and document the work.

04

Delivery of the result

We deliver a written document with appendices and explain conclusions.

Preparing materials

What to send
for an initial enquiry.

Mark what you have. A complete set is not required for the first message.

Do not send seed phrases, private keys, passwords or verification codes.

04 / Frequently asked questions

Before the
examination starts.

Analysis capabilities and the data needed for conclusions.

Can an address identify its owner?

The address itself contains no name. Linking it to a person needs off-chain information. Analytics labels require source checks and do not automatically identify a person.

Are screenshots enough?

Screenshots provide context. For transactions, prefer network, addresses and TxIDs; for exchange comparisons, exports and documents are needed. Sufficiency is assessed for the particular task.

Can the entire transfer chain be traced?

Depth depends on network and transaction type. Internal exchange transfers, commingling, bridges and closed services may limit tracing. These segments and assumptions are recorded in the examination.

Is wallet access needed?

Public transaction analysis needs no wallet access. Addresses, network and transaction identifiers suffice. Do not send keys, seed phrases, passwords or codes.

Can the result be used in a dispute?

Clarify purpose before work. Out-of-court examinations, reviews and procedurally appointed expertise have different bases and procedures. Agree the format for your case; acceptance and assessment are not guaranteed.

Can I enquire from another region?

Public-record and electronic-document tasks can be discussed remotely. Device or other physical-object examination requires separate arrangements for delivery.

Expert approach

A check that
can be repeated.

The written report describes source records, methods and limits. Team and feasibility are determined before accepting the order.

Reviewing a cryptocurrency transaction report: what is checked

A review checks whether the technical conclusions follow from the data and methods presented. Each criticism needs specific grounds and an explanation of its impact on the examination result.

Can a crypto wallet’s owner be identified from its address?

An address helps locate records in a specific network, but identifying a person requires separate substantiation. Distinguish the address, wallet, service and user account.
